My old charcoal grill/offset smoker rusted really bad and it was time to get a new one. I found this one for a great price here on Amazon and bit the bullet. I have used it several times a week for months now and it’s still in great shape. It’s very durable and budget friendly. However, there is a negative with my grill. The top part of the shell was bent. As a result it would not close properly, leaving gaps between the top and bottom of the shell. This gap causes a lot of smoke and heat to escape. This can be fixed by getting a gasket by “LavaLok,” which can also be found here on Amazon.
