This grill is constructed from high grade ceramics which offer excellent heat retention, allowing you to cook at consistent temperatures for hours on end. The Asado grill offers 254 square inches of cooking area on a stainless steel grate. A dual-vent airflow system allows for precise control of cooking temperatures that can range from a smoking low, to a steak-searing high, maintaining temperatures for hours and requiring less fire tending than traditional smokers. Easily keep track of cooking temperatures with the integrated thermometer. This kamado grill includes a stainless steel cart with heavy-duty casters for easy mobility. Built-in folding wood side shelves allow you to keep serveware or grilling tools nearby while cooking. The Asado grill also includes an ash tool, ceramic feet for built-in installations, and touch-up paint.

This little grill is amazing. We have used it almost everyday for the last 4 months. Since there is so many things I can do with it, who needs to heat up the house. The flavor the smoke feature adds is sooo good. WE have done sliders, pot roast, pork chops, and pizza. There are so many youTube videos to help you along. The customer service that we received was great. On the first one we had, the controller plate started to come away from the unit, so they sent me a new one that arrived within 4 days. My unit will cook about 6 normal sized hamburgers at a time. If I arrange them right I can also get a pork chop on there too. I did buy a new roaster that fit inside and was not too tall. There is not a lot of height to the unit. You don’t want any cookware taller than the air fryer basket or it will hit the fan in the top of the lid. Over 3 inches gets iffy. My only complaint is that the instructions leave a lot to be desired. I had to get most of my directions from youtube and the Ninja wood fired outdoor grill facebook group. I highly recommend the group. All in all this little grill .
