At last, an exceptionally well-engineered grill has arrived. I acquired it two days ago and have used it both yesterday and today. On the first day, I prepared baby back ribs, while a Sirloin Roast was on the menu today. As someone who’s turning 61 in just a few days, I can confidently say this is the finest grill I’ve ever operated. It preheats within a mere 5 minutes and starts to produce a substantial amount of smoke, reminiscent of a locomotive in full swing. The scent of the smoke alone is tantalizing even before you add any meat to the grill. I purchased the model equipped with a temperature probe, and I’ve found its features impressive. The strategic placement of the fan and the pellet smoke dispenser enables it to cook rapidly, requiring only one cup of pellets per use. The clean-up process is straightforward, making daily smoking tasks practically effortless. All you have to do is drop in the pellets, set the preheat temperature, and then determine your desired cooking temperature for the food. From there, it essentially runs on autopilot.
