The Napoleon Apollo 3-in-1 gives you the option of using the grill as as a dry smoker, wet smoker, or as a stand-alone charcoal grill. Made from heavy-gauge porcelain enameled steel, this grill can transform from a smoker to a portable charcoal grill with the quick flip of the toggle latches. The lid and base have vents to control the air flow and temperature while each chamber has vent doors for accessing the water pan and charcoal basket, as well as eyelets for inserting a thermometer probe. Smoke larger cuts of meat and grill for the whole family using two 16-inch chrome-plated cooking grates. The upper lid has an Accu-Probe temperature gauge and contains a horizontal bar with five hooks for hanging meats and sausages up to 3 feet in length. Each section latches together and has folding handles for transporting.
