The Everdure By Heston Blumenthal HUB II charcoal grill is great for outdoor grilling and entertainment. The HUB II grill is made of titanium-coated steel for long lasting durability. The Fast Flame Ignition System uses a heating element to ignite your charcoal with the press of a button. This will have you ready to start grilling in roughly 10 minutes.
The Hub II features a patent pending Rotiscope Technology rotisserie system. With this you get a built-in rotisserie that can be raised or lowered with the touch of a button. The rotisserie includes ClipLock Forks that have a jaw-like design that is perfect for keeping your food in place. The rotisserie is capable of supporting up to 88 lbs.
The built-in heat protection shield provides enhanced protection on any surface. Chrome hinged grill grates allow easy access to the porcelain enamel firebox. This allows you to easily add, remove, or redistribute charcoal as you see fit. A 59-inch retractable power cord is included for no clutter storage. Locking caster wheels allow you to keep your grill stable and secure. A large area under the grill can be accessed via the two double-lined doors. This provides you with extra storage options. The modern appearance of the Everdure Grills is inspired by minimalist Danish designs. The HUB II grill stands on four legs, two with rolling casters, giving you enhanced mobility when pursuing your ideal grilling experience.

At last, an exceptionally well-engineered grill has arrived. I acquired it two days ago and have used it both yesterday and today. On the first day, I prepared baby back ribs, while a Sirloin Roast was on the menu today. As someone who’s turning 61 in just a few days, I can confidently say this is the finest grill I’ve ever operated. It preheats within a mere 5 minutes and starts to produce a substantial amount of smoke, reminiscent of a locomotive in full swing. The scent of the smoke alone is tantalizing even before you add any meat to the grill. I purchased the model equipped with a temperature probe, and I’ve found its features impressive. The strategic placement of the fan and the pellet smoke dispenser enables it to cook rapidly, requiring only one cup of pellets per use. The clean-up process is straightforward, making daily smoking tasks practically effortless. All you have to do is drop in the pellets, set the preheat temperature, and then determine your desired cooking temperature for the food. From there, it essentially runs on autopilot.
