I absolutely LOVE this thing. Bought it on Black Friday and have been using it a ton! The smoker selection is the real deal, puts an awesome flavor on food, especially chicken!!

I’ve had this grill going on 5 yrs. It is an awesome grill after the 2nd or 3rd year I did have an issue with it lighting one burner but a Phillips screwdriver and 5 minutes of adjusting it has worked great for the last 5 years. I’ve replaced the lava rock this spring. I use this grill several times a week , I drag out the pressure washer once a year and give it a good cleaning. I use it all times of the year also. I’ve had no problem with it starting at 10 below zero or at 105 degrees. Yes it was a lot more than a department store grill but I would buy another one without thinking twice , it’s an excellent investment!

The quality of this grill is astoundingly high..Overall I am very happy with the performance of the grill and the way it functions.
The overall look of the grill gets high marks, nicest looking grill on the market in my opinion, polished accents and 45 degree angles take it to a new level of aesthetics.
I assembled mine myself so I can attest to the quality of the parts and ease of assembly, and for the two questions I had customer service was right there to support me through it. The stainless panels are all protected and looks flawless once you peel back the protective film, every bolt is stainless steel, every washer is stainless steel, everything lines up perfectly, no issues. Mine came with the side burners and they are of absolutely unmatched quality. Two 17500 btu burner made in Italy, that absolutely scream with high heat, which is great for outdoor cooking. The hood overall is beautiful and smooth and the spring assist makes it feel really nice. Nothing cheap on this grill, you get what you pay for.As another poster mentioned the hot surface ignitors (glo plugs) take some getting used to, but I have not experienced the issues they mentioned. They just aren’t as fast as spark, plug has to glow a bit before it ignites, has nothing to do with the flash tubes, those are only an added feature for match lighting if needed, windy, rainy conditions etc. It should also be noted that when the grill is running and for some reason you shut a burner down and have to relight, the drafting of the other burners running can impact re igniting. The way this grill operates is to pull cold air across from the front of the grill (near drip pan) and up through the grill to feed the hot flames and out the back. So this may impact the igniting when the grill is hot and also be what they experienced. I can’t speak for longevity of these ignitors, but when was the last time you own a grill where you didn’t have to replace ignitors. It’s probably the most frequent wear and tear item. and if you don’t cover, or live near a corrosive environment (ocean, pools, uncovered) that is not the manufacturers fault.Lastly, need to mention performance..This grill gets HOT, and I mean HOT. If you are coming from any of the mass market grills (e.g. Weber) there will be a massive learning curve with how to effectively use the heat with the grill. It’s like going from driving a Honda Civic to a Ferrari. The zone dividers and ceramic briquettes really force the heat up to the food effectively, even when you think they aren’t the food is cooking. I have learned to start with very low temps, and work my way upward in the range and that the warming rack is my friend on this grill.
Very little closed lid cooking needed like you do with a Weber, which results in food that isn’t dry. My grill has the sear burner and I learning how to use that as well and it’s growing on me, I produced steaks the other evening like nothing my family has ever tasted, they were great and cooked perfectly. All the other bells and whistles on this grill are helpful as well, the interior lighting does a great job illuminating the cooking surface and the knobs look really nice all lit up and with the white LEDs in the knobs themselves are nice giving you reference to where you are in the flame range (very helpful at night). The slide out propane is also an under rated feature, not breaking my back loading tanks anymore. If I had to knock one thing about the grill I’d say I wish the temperature gauge was illuminated, but I am sure that would be difficult to implement. The reason I say it is because TE moved to a dark colored temp gauge instead of white, while it is very sleek looking it’s difficult to see at night.Overall this grill is spectacular to use. Twin Eagles really knocked it out of the park in terms of quality and functionality. Just need to adjust to how it cooks. Hot stuff!

Bought a freestanding pellet grill and instantly fell in love. The simplicity and the flavor make it a grilling gem.
